Location: United States Air Force Academy, CO
Position: Part-time

Duties:

• Lead and coordinate music for weekly Protestant worship services and special events, providing high-quality accompaniment and congregational music.
• Recruit, train, and manage a worship team, including volunteers, to perform contemporary and gospel-style music.
• Organize and conduct weekly rehearsals, manage song selection, and ensure audio/visual equipment is prepared and tested for services.

Requirements:

• Experience in leading contemporary or gospel worship in a church or chapel setting, with proficiency in piano or keyboard and strong vocal skills.
• Ability to direct and inspire a worship team, enhancing the spiritual experience through music.
• Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate music and volunteer schedules in alignment with the Protestant Chaplain’s vision.
