As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting the image of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and distribute press releases and media alerts to enhance visibility of company initiatives.
• Assist in the organization and execution of promotional events, including press conferences and community outreach programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with media personnel and industry influencers to increase coverage and engagement.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze public sentiment regarding the organization, compiling reports for the PR team.
• Support the development of social media content and strategies to engage audiences and improve brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with PR software or tools is a plus.
