Qmap/ Caregiver - Large Senior Living Community We are seeking an outstanding Caregiver to join our team at our community of Pine Grove Crossing. Role Overview Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences.
• Administer and document regularly prescribed medications per the Medication Administration record observing the seven rights.

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
• Ability to work as a team and also independently.
• Previous
• License/Certification: Successful completion of state approved medication Administration training. QMAP in the state of CO.
• Administer PRN medications, per physician
