Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any subject
Compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Education Clearance Requirements

Responsibilities:

Implementing classroom duties as outlined in school district lesson plans and Kelly policies
Leading instruction based on existing lesson plans
Providing guidance on classroom topics/courses
Fostering positive relationships with students
Assigning reasonable tasks and homework
Encouraging student participation and empowerment
Creating an inclusive classroom environment tailored to student needs
Adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
Developing lesson plans and conducting assessments for long-term assignments, as needed
