Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare roles, including RNs, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
+ Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and build comprehensive recruitment strategies.
+ Source top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
+ Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
+ Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with all applicants.
+ Stay informed on healthcare hiring trends and labor market conditions to adjust hiring practices as needed.
Requirements
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
+ Experience: 3-5 years of recruiting experience in the healthcare industry or a similar niche.
+ Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
+ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed.
+ Attributes: Passion for recruiting, empathetic, and strong organizational abilities.
