Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information, assistance, and solutions related to their inquiries. This is a work-from-home opportunity that requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services, pricing, and policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolve complaints effectively.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to taking calls.
