Research Interviewers
The link between Escalent and the respondent is you, the interviewer. Escalent's interviewers are the only representatives from our company who are in direct communication with the people we contact on a research project. A high quality questionnaire in and of itself, does not guarantee that valid data will be collected. Interviewers must possess the ability, knowledge, and skills necessary to administer the questionnaire. As an interviewer, you will be reading and conducting surveys from various projects, with respondents over the phone. You will be collecting data for our various clients from the surveys you complete. The data collected is sent to our clients in aggregate form (in total) from all the surveys that are completed.
