Title: Scrum Master

Description:
Client is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Scrum Master.
He/she will be responsible for the administrative, coaching and leadership roles that make Scrum development/delivery possible.
This role will also do coaching and mentoring 2-3 teams simultaneously on agile principles and project deliverables, driving teams to maturity. Embody agile principles, embed best practices, measure and improve agile maturity, identify and raise obstacles.
Provide one-on-one and team coaching of ceremonies, artefacts, processes and practices.
Responsibilities:
Strong Knowledge of PI Planning, Sprint ceremonies, tracking impediments.
Ability to multitask while supervising people IT project management including SAFe Agile
Strategic planning
Excellent communication skills
Hiring/training/coaching skills
Team Leadership
Networking/negotiating skills
Guiding team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
Guiding team on how to get the most of out self-organization. Guiding team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
Requirements:
Efficient in partnering with Business stake holders and business sponsors to lead strategic initiatives
Excellent knowledge in managing Complex Business initiatives, Strong communication skills and Leadership skills
Ability to work with minimal guidance
Self-starter and lead independently
Should be able to resolve conflicts.
Strong exposure to Agile and Waterfall Model and tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence etc.
