We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, playing a key role in supporting our continued growth. You'll be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent, managing a seamless candidate experience, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to meet both current and future hiring needs

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to strategically assess current and future talent needs, shaping effective recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for both exempt and nonexempt roles, including proactive sourcing, resume screening, behavioral and competency-based interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Leverage a variety of sourcing strategies, including career fairs, industry events, community partnerships, and online platforms, to attract high-quality, diverse candidates and build talent pipelines
• Coordinate onsite interview times with appropriate department manager(s)
• Advise hiring managers throughout the selection process, facilitating structured interview debriefs and providing strategic guidance based on market insights and candidate assessments
• Deliver employment offers, clearly communicating compensation structures, benefits packages, and organizational value propositions to ensure strong candidate engagement
• Monitor candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) daily
• Continuously audit and refine interview materials and evaluation tools to align with best practices, compliance standards, and evolving business needs
• Conduct and manage all pre-employment screening processes, including employment verifications, personality assessments, background checks, and drug testing, ensuring timely, compliant execution while serving as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external vendors

Required Skills:

• Superior attention to detail

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition with a focus in construction recruiting preferred
