In this high-impact role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our supply chain strategy and enhance efficiency in a fast-paced cutting-edge environment.

As a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Aktiia, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create cost-effective and streamlined supply chain processes, ensuring we deliver excellence at every step. If you thrive in a role that combines strategy, execution, and continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturing teams, distributors, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods, including inbound transportation, warehousing, and outbound transportation.

  • Work with freight forwarders and transportation companies to determine the best routes and rates for shipments.

  • Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouses and ensure optimal stock availability.

  • Manage all activities from demand forecasting and order placement to product delivery and returns.

  • Identify process bottlenecks, optimize procedures, and implement timely solutions.

  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and supply chain documentation.

  • Track internal change controls, deviations, and corrective actions in accordance with company processes.

  • Implement key performance metrics to track and enhance supply chain efficiency.

  • Lead a team of 2-3 people and report to the Leadership Team.
