About the Role:
As the Setup Operations Administrative Assistant, you will:
Work within the Implementation team to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
Manage specific steps in the payroll setup process, including gathering data from current payroll providers.
Identify and recommend improvements to the implementation process and tools.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing payroll operations.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:
1+ year of experience in payroll (preferred).
A bachelor's degree (preferred).
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and G Suite.
A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
A genuine desire to help others and provide excellent service.
Requirements:
Proven ability to prioritize and manage time-sensitive projects under competing deadlines.
Comfort with cross-functional work, collaborating with teams such as Sales, Risk, Partner Success, and R&D.
A professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable approach to problem-solving.
