Job Description

**Part-Time At-Home Customer Service Representative**

We are seeking a part-time, at-home Customer Service Representative to join our Guest Services team. In this role, you will communicate daily with our valued subscribers, donors, single-ticket buyers, and visitors via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include processing subscriptions and single tickets for our events through phone, mail, and internet channels as needed.

As this is a remote position, you must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. The role is primarily Monday through Friday during daylight hours. Candidates should be comfortable talking on the phone, sitting, and working on a computer for extended periods. Strong written and oral communication skills, along with the ability to retain a lot of information, are essential for success in this role.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service and/or the ticketing industry is required. Prior experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is preferred. The salary for this position is $18.00 per hour.
