The anchor of our clinics is our medical team which is built on the culture and energy created by our Veterinary Practice Manager. As the Veterinary Practice Manager, you own the success of your clinic and the customer experience. This role is critical in both the day-to-day operations as well as our overall member experience which includes both digital and in-person. Because our clinics don't operate more than 8 hours a day and limited days per week, this role is unique in that we're looking for someone both with vet med experience and who is also interested in diving more into the business side of running and overseeing a clinic practice.
This role will work closely with our Anchor Veterinarians as well as any relief veterinarians on rotation for their location and will report directly to our Senior Manager of Clinic Operations.
