Warehouse Manager

Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager will be overseeing all warehouse operations, including international and domestic shipping, inventory management, and enforcing a safe a efficient work environment.

Position Details:

• Type: Direct hire, full-time, onsite
• Schedule: Monday–Friday Dayshift
• Location: Ballston Spa, NY
• Compensation: $65,000–$75,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse functions, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished products.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory management practices are followed, minimizing stock-outs and overstock situations.
• Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to maximize productivity, reduce errors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel, ensuring effective performance, motivation, and development.
• Create schedules for warehouse staff to ensure adequate coverage, including managing shifts and overtime as needed
• Coordinate with transportation providers for outbound shipments and track deliveries to ensure on-time performance.
• Work with the procurement team to forecast inventory needs and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Provide regular reports to management on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and any operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory movements, and warehouse activities.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of warehouse or production management experience required
• SAP experience required
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
• Strong analytical skills
