Qualifications:
A strong commitment to Christian values, inclusivity, and the mission of the church.
Previous experience in youth ministry or leadership roles with diverse groups of young people preferred.
A deep understanding of and respect for the diversity of youth backgrounds, identities, and life experiences.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for all youth.
A passion for fostering the personal, academic, social, and spiritual growth of young people.
A willingness to engage in continuous professional development and learning.
Position Type: Part-Time (Approximately 8 hrs. per week)
Classification: Non-Exempt
Salary: $9,100
