Position Overview
As an Agile Project Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Service Delivery to track project progress and create insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations that keep clients informed and engaged. This role requires someone who excels in fostering teamwork, providing clear and data-driven updates, and contributing to a collaborative culture in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support client engagement and management efforts.
- Oversee day-to-day project tasks and monitor progress toward client and project goals.
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare regular updates to communicate project status.
- Identify and resolve any blockers or risks that could affect project timelines or outcomes.
- Assist in mentoring engineers by providing feedback on metrics and supporting their professional development.

Required Qualifications
- Associate-level Scrum Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional Agile teams and managing client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in data visualization and reporting tools.
- Proven experience managing project metrics, creating reports, and delivering client-facing dashboards or presentations.
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure or software development industries.
- Prior consulting experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Experience with Confluence is a plus.
