The Role
As an Associate Director, you will lead client strategy, ensure measurable outcomes, and support a team of Strategists. You will drive performance for a portfolio of clients, ensuring our partnership delivers value.
Responsibilities
Goal Setting: Define and monitor client engagement goals, using tools like Google Analytics, CRM data, SEMRush, and Salesforce to drive NSM (North Star Metric) attainment.
Reporting & ROI: Deliver consistent, data-driven reporting to clients, emphasizing metrics tied to revenue and SQLs over MQLs.
Best Practices: Guide your team to adhere to best practices, including financial modeling, customer generation strategies, share of SERP, and impactful content production.
Innovation & Experimentation: Explore emerging technologies like generative AI and programmatic SEO while testing new content formats and channels.
Breaking Barriers: Support Strategists in navigating client approval processes and removing roadblocks.
Leadership & Accountability: Create structure, set expectations, and empower your team with clear communication.
Executive Presence: Confidently present insights and strategies to marketing leaders and C-suite stakeholders, building trust and driving impact.
What You Bring
Proven expertise in SEO and content marketing strategies, including keyword research, forecasting, content planning, and production.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication skills for client-facing roles, including presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
A portfolio of results-driven organic strategies for B2B SaaS or tech clients.
Experience in pitching, upselling, and securing renewals with clients.
Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Prior agency experience and some exposure to B2B SaaS/Tech.
