As CFO, you will lead key financial operations and initiatives, overseeing a $200-$400 million enterprise while working directly with the CEO and President to drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting activities including AP/AR, Purchasing, and Vendor Management.
• Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing
• Direct oversight of 10+ (including HR)
• Manage day-to-day financial operations
• Manage reporting and internal control procedures
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Identify opportunities and analyze the impact on the business
• Contribute to budgeting preparation, analysis overhead, and margin analysis
• Supervises Accounting & Purchasing Department personnel

Qualifications/ Education/ Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• Minimum of 10 years as a CFO in a lead finance role reporting to the CEO and President
• Demonstrated success as a CFO managing $200–$400 million in annual revenue.
• 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
• Financial Leadership with direct oversight of 10+ (including HR)
• 10+ years of expertise in cash management, banking operations, financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting
• Data-driven leader, experienced in managing day-to-day financial operations
• Directed all cost accounting, AP/AR, payroll, reports, & reconciliations
• Knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• At least 10 years of experience managing lender and banking relationships
• Strong understanding and focus on driving operations through finance
• Detailed-oriented individual who digs in and gets involved at every level
• Impeccable analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
