Digital Account Manager (Remote - U.S.)
We're looking for a U.S.-based, experienced Digital Account Manager with a strong passion for digital marketing to join our remote team. This full-time role provides a flexible work environment, generous paid time off, performance-based bonuses, and numerous growth opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Build Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships, managing digital marketing strategies across multiple accounts to drive impactful, measurable results.
Collaborate on Marketing Goals: Partner with clients to set and achieve marketing objectives, using data insights to optimize SEO, content, and paid media efforts.
Track and Report Performance: Define and monitor KPIs, sharing progress through monthly webinars or calls, with a commitment to client retention and satisfaction.
Solve and Support: Work proactively with team members to identify and address account needs, ensuring smooth project management across social media, SEO, paid search, and more.
Educate and Empower: Share digital marketing best practices and trends with clients, helping them maximize tools and self-service options.
What You'll Bring:
Location: Based in the U.S. with the ability to work remotely.
Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing analytics, data analysis, and CRM, plus at least 4 years in project management.
Expertise: Proven background as a Digital Account Manager with hands-on experience in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and CRM software.
Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
Passion: A true enthusiasm for digital marketing, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and staying current on industry trends.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience (5+ years).
Bonus: Background in Health & Fitness sectors is a plus but not required.
