We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a dynamic team in a hospital-employed outpatient practice serving the tri-county residents. In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that values collaboration and the highest levels of clinical expertise. You will collaborate with 4 other pediatricians and 3 advanced practitioners, working in close coordination between 2 outpatient locations. This role offers a balance of professional fulfillment and work-life balance, set in a picturesque region with abundant outdoor activities and proximity to major cities like Syracuse, Ottawa, and Montreal.

Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with physicians and other specialists to develop and execute comprehensive patient care plans.
Utilize your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of pediatric conditions.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure thorough understanding of care plans, treatments, and disease management.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Educate patients and families on preventative measures, disease management, and available treatment options to empower informed decision-making.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and share ideas to enhance care delivery and patient outcomes.
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development by attending relevant trainings, conferences, and workshops.
Uphold ethical standards and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
Contribute to a positive, team-based work culture by mentoring colleagues and actively participating in team meetings.
Follow all infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff alike.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have a minimum of 2 years and experience managing pediatric conditions.
Possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
