**This is a full-time contractor role payable at $29 per hour**

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT End User Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining end-user devices, as well as assisting with office moves, setups, and minimal migrations. Experience with Audio/Visual (A/V) systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of technical tasks, both remotely and on-site, to meet business and customer requirements.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Assist with office relocations, setups, and minor data migrations.
• Coordinate small teams to deliver basic work packages in accordance with company processes.
• Document and report completed work to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures.
• Escalate issues when necessary and take appropriate action to meet customer expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Adapt to dynamic team environments to ensure consistent and effective contributions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in an IT desktop support environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures effectively.
• Proficiency in using information systems, technology functions, and applications according to IT industry standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and routine administrative skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Experience with A/V systems (preferred).
