About the Role:

As a Public Relations and Communications Assistant at Flourish In, you'll play a key role in supporting the development and execution of communication strategies that elevate our brand and nonprofit campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in PR Strategy Development : Collaborate with the team to implement PR strategies that promote nonprofit campaigns and events, enhancing brand visibility and community engagement.

• Event Support & Representation : Assist in representing Flourish In at key events, supporting communication efforts and ensuring smooth operations throughout public-facing activities.

• Drive Engagement : Actively interact with event attendees to raise awareness, drive excitement, and support campaign initiatives and fundraising efforts.

• Campaign Communication : Help communicate campaign details through various channels, crafting messages that resonate with audiences and encourage participation and donations.

• Gather Feedback & Testimonials : Collect feedback and testimonials from event attendees to improve future campaigns and strengthen client relationships.
