Manage high-volume recruitment efforts for various roles across multiple departments, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and align with company culture.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate records.
Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates throughout the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Monitor recruitment metrics and analytics to improve processes and reduce time-to-fill for open positions.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in high-volume recruitment to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
