Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to resolve product or service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement effective sales techniques to achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to offer customized solutions to customers.
  • Ensure customer feedback is communicated to the management team to enhance product and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to drive team goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve sales and service skills.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer interactions and sales outcomes to management.
  • Follow up with potential and existing clients to foster relationship building and repeat business.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts effectively, prioritizing needs and organizing daily tasks efficiently.
  • Uphold company standards and contribute to the company’s image in all external engagements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and manage independent responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make swift, effective decisions.
  • A persuasive and confident approach to sales opportunities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work full-time hours and in-person at our company's office.
  • Demonstrable record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • A positive and outgoing personality, with a drive to succeed.
