Our brand-new studio space is dedicated to providing high-quality yoga classes, along with other complementary practices such as Pilates and Barre. Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Yoga Instructor with a passion for teaching multiple styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and more. As a key member of our team at Seven, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and inspire our community through dynamic and engaging classes. Knowledge of Pilates and Barre would be considered a valuable asset, as we aim to offer a diverse range of movement practices to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead yoga classes that cater to students of all levels, incorporating various styles and techniques to provide a well-rounded experience.
• Provide clear instructions, demonstrations, and hands-on adjustments to ensure proper alignment and safety during practice.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages students to explore and deepen their practice while respecting individual differences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments in yoga, Pilates, and Barre to enhance teaching effectiveness and class offerings.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and studio staff to maintain a cohesive and positive studio culture.
• Assist with studio operations and special events as needed to support the overall success of Seven - Yoga and Pilates

Qualifications:

• Certified Yoga Instructor with a recognized accreditation (RYT 200 or higher preferred).
• Extensive experience teaching a variety of yoga styles to students of all levels.
• Knowledge of Pilates and/or Barre, with experience teaching these disciplines considered a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment principles, and mindfulness practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and create a welcoming environment.
• Passion for promoting health and wellness, along with a commitment to personal growth and development.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
