The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents, negligence, or wrongful acts. Responsibilities:
* Manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, workplace injuries, and medical malpractice claims.
* Conduct in-depth legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings, discovery, and motions.
* Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure the best outcome for clients.
* Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and motions.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients, explaining options and potential outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with legal staff, paralegals, and support teams to ensure efficient case handling.
* Stay updated with the latest personal injury laws and regulations in Indiana.
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
* Active Indiana State Bar license (required).
* 3+ years of experience in personal injury law (preferred).
* Proven track record in handling personal injury cases from start to finish.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and legal research skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases effectively and efficiently.
* Client-focused attitude with an emphasis on obtaining favorable results.
